We ship all of our garden furniture
via United Parcel, DHL, or Motor Freight Carrier Service.


All orders are processed and shipped
within 2-4 business days. Our large and extensive inventory assures that we
very seldom experience "out of stock" conditions. However, occasionally
products may be back-ordered. If that were to occur, we will notify you of
any shipping delays over two weeks.
Please find below a UPS "Time In
Transit" map to determine your estimated shipping time. Don't forget
to add the 2-4 day processing at InTheGarden-Benches.com. All of our
carriers have proven to be a
reliable transport method providing timely delivery and careful
handling.
Larger items and orders are
shipped via Motor Freight Carrier which may include tractor trailer or straight
truck service and will require a signature. Motor Freight deliveries are
curbside service and are made during daytime hours, Monday through Friday.
Please notify us of any special delivery needs you may have regarding delivery
dates, times, or other than curbside delivery. Additional charges may
apply.
Inspect all cartons upon
delivery and note any damages or shortages on the carrier's receipt.
Please notate if any cartons are crushed, ripped, or open. Notify us
immediately if you find any damages or shortages. Open and inspect the
products as soon as possible, freight damages must be reported within 7 days of
receiving your shipment.
Occasionally, if you place a large
order or if we find some special shipping rates that will benefit our customers,
we may use alternate shipping sources.
