What do I do if I have a problem with my furniture?
[If you
have a problem related to quality or improper manufacturing with
your furniture, simply call our customer service staff and they will
gladly discuss the particular issue to determine the best way to
resolve the issue. If necessary, within the 1 year warranty
period, we will replace your furniture.]

What do I do if I receive the furniture and there is
shipping damage?
[If the
damaged is noticed immediately, tell the driver and note the damage
on the shipping paperwork. If the damage isn't noticeable
until the packaging is opened, then call us immediately so that we
can file a claim with the shipper. This must be reported
within 3 days of receipt of the furniture. We will then
replace the damaged part(s) or entire piece.]

How do I care for my furniture, once purchased?
[Your
furniture is already coated at our factory with Banana River Sealer.
Depending on your location, this should protect the furniture for
approximately one year. We always have Banana River Sealer
available, in quarts, for your re-application needs.
Re-application is easy. Simply wash your furniture with mild
soap and water to remove any dirt and then, using a soft bristle
brush, brush on another coat of the Banana River Sealer. This
sealer is environmentally friendly so cleanup is simple. Just
rinse your brush under a faucet and reseal the can. No gloves
or protective clothing are required.]
